The ELI Assessment is an online questionnaire that takes about 30 minutes for you to fill in. The system measures and categorizes your attitude in 7 distinct levels. This is followed by a 90-minute expert debrief that offers deep insights for self-reflection and defining next steps.
HOW THIS WORKS:
You will receive an email detailing next steps, so please be sure to check your inbox, including Promotions, for a note from Tihanna.
You will receive an email from Energy Leadership Index Assessment with a link to your assessment. You should allow half an hour to take your assessment. You will have 10 days to access and take your assessment once you receive it.
You will receive your 11-page detailed ELI Assessment Report via email within 3 business days of taking your assessment.
